HISTORY

Founded in Parma, the company originates from a region with a long-standing glassmaking tradition. With over 25 years of experience, we have grown to become a benchmark in the production of customized glassware, collaborating with the most prestigious companies in the wine, beer, beverage, spirits, and coffee industries. Thanks to continuous investment in R&D, we have expanded our range while staying true to our roots.

1970s

Origins

In Milan, Ferdinando Paini founded the first trading company specializing in the sale of plain, undecorated glass. Two years later, his son Alberto joined the company, marking the beginning of expansion and growth.

1985

Evolution

The company moved to Parma and integrated glass decoration, evolving its business model.

2000

Birth of Vetro Due Srl

Vetro Due Srl was established, expanding operations to include the decoration of bottles and containers for the food sector.

2004-2011

New lines of decoration

The second and third decoration lines were inaugurated to meet the growing demand for customized glassware.

2015

Birth of VDGLASS

The VDGLASS brand was launched, dedicated exclusively to the production and decoration of customized glassware.

2018

Innovation in decoration

The first UV decoration line was introduced, expanding the range of available decoration techniques.

2019

Expansion

VDGLASS acquired DecorGlass, expanding production with a new facility in Rozzano (MI).

2020

Digital revolution

Digital decoration technology was introduced, opening up new creative and customization possibilities.
